Audit log
See every change made in your account, who made it and when, including anything Anhourtec staff did.
The audit log lists every change in your account: domains added, mailboxes created or suspended, aliases, invites, role changes, refused attempts and more. Entries can't be edited or deleted. Owners, User Administrators and Read-only (Auditor) people can open it from Audit log in the console.
What each entry shows
- When, in UTC.
- Who: the person's sign-in address and role, System for automatic work (for example a deleted mailbox being removed for good after its grace period), or Anhourtec staff.
- What happened, and to what (a domain, a mailbox, a person).
- Result: success, denied (the person wasn't allowed) or failed.
- IP: only the network part, like
203.0.113.x.
Select an entry to see its details. Passwords, links from emails, secrets and mail content are never recorded.
Anhourtec staff
If anyone at Anhourtec looks at or changes your account, for example while helping you with a support request, it appears in your audit log as Anhourtec staff with their role. Staff can't read your mail: there is no way to do it from our tools.
Filters
Narrow the list with the filters above it: area (for example Domains or Account and people), who did it (a person, Anhourtec staff or the system), result and dates, then choose Apply filters. Older shows earlier entries and Newest entries goes back to the start.
